Dr. Newman was my doctor for over 15 years, but I haven’t been in a few years because I’ve been mostly healthy and I haven’t had insurance. Now I’m considered a new patient, and have to wait 2.5 months to be seen? I could be dead in that time. Way to take care of long time patients.

Dr Torres is a good doc. And I love Carmen up front but I always wait anywhere from 40 minutes to -2 and 1/2 hours to get called back. It's awful.
