The front staff at Poindexter Dental are extremely helpful and genuinely nice. However. Dr. Poindexter himself chairside manner is simply non existent at times. He is very arrogant plus egoistical and he lacks the ability to speak with staff and some customers with general courtesy and respect. I have had to have him to revisit him to correct jobs that were not acutally done right the first time. I will not be visiting him again.
