Coffee was fine, nothing special. Breakfast sandwich we’d give 3/5 and eggs & bacon we’d give 3/5. Customer experience was sub-par. The two baristas were not welcoming or warm to anyone - us or those in front of/behind us. Totally get that bad days happen, but neither of them helped the other balance the friendliness and in fact, they didn’t even seem to like each other. For a morning spot in a hotel, we would have hoped the experience overall would have been much better!
