In a city famous for coffee, this was a disappointing cup of joe. The drip coffee was burnt and sour even though Olympia Roasters is known for their high quality beans. Additionally, their bathrooms are shared with the hotel and are extremely inconvenient to locate.
It’s a café next to a hotel lobby, located on my way to the office, so I pass by almost every day. The coffee was average, and the overall vibe was okay, but I didn’t really feel a strong work-friendly atmosphere. Maybe that’s because it is located on the corner of a busy intersection.
The mountain bacon, egg, and cheese is great! if you are a diamond member with the Hilton properties, you can use the credit to get food and or drinks here.
