Staff is not very friendly, food and drinks were bad. Which I guess makes sense if you hire people who don't care... You're matcha will be milky, and if you politely ask for more matcha you're scoffed at, and the two male baristas behind the bar will talk shit about you. Cortado was sour, and I wish I was joking but the top of my lox sandwhich was literally so rock hard I couldn't even crush it with my hands. It conveniently located on the street level of the Graduate by Hilton. There were exterior and interior entrances. Received warm welcome upon walking in. The breakfast sandwiches are $8 each. The mountain bacon, egg and cheese were in good combination, which tasted good. The lox, egg and cheese was fantastic for breakfast!
Out of cold brew for 3 days now! Food is ok, coffee is pretty good.

Terrible service today. A group of us went there today to try out a new cafe. The staff were not welcoming, and when asked “is this a 16oz coffee?” when my 16oz mug was only 80% full, the barista stared at me and said “FINE, I’ll give you more”. It was an unexpected unkindness.
