DATE & COFFEE SPOT This little (not so little) coffee, date and breakfast spot sits right inside the Graduate Hotel by Hilton. You can enter through the hotel and it sits right on the left hand side, beautiful and stunning in every way. The little lounge reminds me of a Bridgerton set: you need to see it to believe it! Chai latte was delicious! A little spicy and not too sweet
What a gorgeous and delicious cafe. The interior is beyond beautiful and peaceful, the employees are so kind and helpful. I really enjoy the coffee, it perfectly combines quality with fun. My only feedback, I would really like to see the rosemary cardamom latte come back... I genuinely get depressed when I think I might never taste it again. Please consider repeating some seasonal faves! I love Poindexter!
So gorgeous inside! An excellent vibe and great for taking pictures, but also plenty of seating and areas for doing work. I got the special matcha - blueberry cardamom - which was really tasty and the flavors were balanced well. I also had the spiced apple oats, and I really liked that it wasn't too sweet but still flavorful.
