I regret buying here. The overall atmosphere is toxic. Neighbor is pitted against each other by being urged to report any and everything. People yell out to other owners to Not walk on the grass( 1 example) HOA President yelled obscenities And insults to another owner from the pool deck . There is no unity , much less community ! Professionalism? Forget about it ! Kindness , respect for personal regard …. These aspects are unheard of! If you have a choice, I’d say do your homework on any HOA, but take seriously this warning ... read more
Nice living but the management is not getting the attention we deserve. Lot of things to be repairing as for exemplo our parking lot.
Board of directors think they are Better than everyone else and treat people very badly so if you have a choice do not buy Here It would be the worse mistake you ever made
