I’ve been going to this clinic for over 5 years now. The multiple doctors I’ve seen have all been great, usually I do have to wait longer than my actual appointment time. But when it’s my turn the doctor takes his time with me. they follow protocols, this isn’t a you pay money and they give you everything you want when you want. Don’t even come here. They just like to waste your time and money. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I initially came in for a full physical and paid out of pocket. I was also sent for laboratory testing through Quest Diagnostics, completed additional testing, and later returned for a follow-up appointment to review my results. The receptionist on April. 28 at around 1130am needs a refresher course. I mentioned to her, she's not understanding me when asking about billing and appts. She told me I didn't understand an explanation, while and when having asked several different questions, not accepting that she insisted the same answer sufficed for all.
