My roof fails to withstand high winds entirely. Despite purported repairs addressing roofing issues, it continues to lift and shed shingles in winds equivalent to a Category 1 hurricane, which is unacceptable for a 2021 construction. The roofing materials utilized by Focus Homes appear subpar, reflecting the overall poor quality of construction. I would strongly advise against recommending this builder.
My experience has been nothing but extremely amazing with Focus Homes. I want to thank Milagros for helping me and my family start the process along with Jennifer and Zak. Milagros Dones was our sales agent, and she was amazing! We bought a spec home, so the house was already built when we purchased. Since we didn’t go through the process of building, it was a bit stressful. But she was very helpful and supportive throughout the closing and afterwards as well. Thank you, Milagros!
Our Sales Rep Jazlyn Morejon went over and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Her service was impeccable. I highly recommend her if you are in the market to purchase a home. Let’s not forget our Construction Mgr Ryan Sosa who made sure any concern we had during our walk-through were handled in a very satisfactory manner. As a whole experience from beginning to end Maronda & Focus Homes made the process a lot easier than I thought it would ever be.
