I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this clinic. I felt heard and cared for in a way that is unfortunately rare in healthcare these days. Dr. Schwartz was phenomenal. Instead of rushing through the appointment or dismissing my symptoms, he actually listened intently and tried to truly comprehend the pain I’ve been living with. I would like to make it a Zero but I'll live with a 1* review - Front desk is a waste of humanity - The AI receptionist is worse than the person at the front desk. I had a follow-up which I missed - I attempted to reach out to them twice to no avail. I left messages both times and no response; I stopped by the office on Sample Road in Pompano to get a follow-up appt. only to be met with utter rudeness by the staff... the person at the front desk had the attitude like I am interrupting them from doing their claws.
