I've seen Dr. Pohl for several years and find him an excellent psychiatrist. I trust his judgment. He is a good listener and is very empathetic. It may be my imagination, but he seems pleased to see me. I saw a psychiatrist once and for the first (and only) appointment she never looked up from her writing once. His staff are always amicable and efficient. No long waits. I can't say enough good things about him. Highly reccomended.
He’s the best . The review that says OUT OF TOUCH. that person is the one OUT OF TOUCH . Not Dr Pohl by any means . I’ve been a patient probably 15 years now . He also referred me to a psychologist, PhD, whom I see once a week every week. I would recommend everyone in need of help to see him . Though he’s maxed out on new patients. I’m glad I have them as my psychiatrist and will stay with them till he retires and I hope that’s not for long time.

Dr. Pohl is the best in his field. He has been treating me for over 20 years. Very good listener.
Dr Pohl is by far the best Dr I have seen in this field of medicine. I have experience with other Drs in this and none can hold a candle to him. He listens, explains his course of treatment and why he is doing it. He also has been around the block, is empathetic, and genuinely cares for your well-being. Where some doctors are arrogant and simply money hungry, Dr Pohl is the polar opposite. He's not just outstanding in his knowledge, he is kind and treats me as an equal that is not beneath him.
Dr. Pohl is an expert diagnostician. He has shown considerable understanding and empathy, always spending ample time to explain his findings and recommendations. I would, and have recommended him to anyone who needs someone with expertise.
