My name is Ed. I just recently purchased a Jeep gladiator from Salisbury Pohanka. I’m disappointed in the installation of a bumper hitch that they owed me. I took it to Delmarva auto glass to have the hitch installed. They drilled a hole through my bumper and said that’s how it’s installed. Scott Antonio was wonderful to work with at Pohanka Ford. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased there in the last 5 years. He put up with my schedule which is wild on some days because of work. I showed up to just look at vehicle then 2 hours later came back for test drive between appointments I had then was there and ready this am for the last meeting to purchase the vehicle.
