My experience at Pohanka was outstanding and truly memorable due to my sales representative Darlene Breeden. I was literally stranded in that state trying to purchase my Acura RDX due to a financial hiccup. I was stranded there for 2 days while the issue was getting worked out, it was on the weekend and I stayed until the following Monday. Between myself and my family members, we have purchased 5 vehicles in the past from Pohanka of Fredericksburg. In the past, they had great customer service. However, after this last attempt at a purchase, I will not recommend this location nor buy from this location again.
