I went in to get my car serviced for the first time since upgrading from my 2020 Honda Civic to a 2026 Civic, and Delonta Trice kept me informed throughout the entire process. When I arrived, he let me know that because it was my first service visit, there would be no charge. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Honda dealership. During my service visit on 11/25/25, I was due for a tire rotation. Not only was this never offered or completed, but I was also never informed that my wheel lock was stripped — which I later learned was the reason the tires could not be rotated in the first place. I recently visited Pohanka Honda Service for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor, Zee or “Z”, was friendly and accommodating, and the work was completed on time. However, shortly after leaving the dealership, I noticed that the Tire Pressure Monitoring System warning light came on. Upon checking, I found that the tire pressures were not properly adjusted after the rotation. I had to manually adjust the tire pressures myself.
