I could not be happier with Pohanka Honda and everyone who helped me. I had a difficult situation and was a bit emotional. They were kind, accommodating and put me at ease. I was immediately issued a loaner. It was similar to my car so understood how it operated. I was kept informed throughout the process and promptly called when the car was ready to be picked up. I can’t say enough good things about my entire experience from start to finish.
