The sales, finance, and service teams are all amateurs. I can in for a silver Honda Accord that was available on their website but when I arrived they only had white. The team is very friendly but the paperwork to lease the car needed to be done several times over and took 2 days because their system kept messing up. It was exhausting the have to fill out the same papers over and over each time with different numbers. This place is THE WORST. Put a significant amount of CASH down and they sold me a used lemon that didn't last 6 months. DO NOT BUY HERE. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

The service here is great
Today I visited my Honda dealer, Pohanka, for my car’s first service. I was two days past the deadline, but Sales Manager Chuck went above and beyond to solve the issue at no cost to me. His quick and professional handling of the situation, along with the solutions he proposed, really helped ease the tension. Thanks to his excellent service, I was able to leave with all the necessary adjustments completed. Highly recommend!
