Two stars for the friendly staff there. They really made me feel comfortable. However, I had to knock down three stars for the price of care with my insurance (charging $50 copay on top of having to possibly pay over $500), the lack of communication to me after my appointment (didn't end up getting a perscription so I had to use an online pharmacy and never received a call about my bloodwork), and referring me to an ultrasound clinic that wanted to charge me over $400 up front without a payment plan. Pohala is a great clinic especially for women’s heath.
Always easy to get an appointment. Online check in is extremely easy and no filling out paperwork every time I walk in. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes in waiting room. And never had that 30 to 60 minute wait in examination room, after you've had to put on the stupid gown( even for a sore throat). In fact, they don't have you automatically put on a gown. Their providers take their time and listen to patients. It's nice not to be rushed during appointments.
