Unfriendly staff, which translates to poor customer service. At the end of the day, it’s not just about what you’re selling, it’s about how you make customers feel. And right now, the experience doesn’t make me want to buy.

Avoid this branch. The staff were extremely rude and acted as if they only cared about serving their regular customers. They openly said it themselves. I even have a recording showing the way they spoke and “trained” each other — really shocking. Please go to other Poh Kong branches. The staff at other outlets are far more professional, respectful and customer-friendly.

That aunty really no manners lah，work in gold shop so long until she think she made of gold ah? face so lansi just because me and my husband dress simple? Ask her question she don’t even reply. 缺教养的老女人 不想好好做就辞职不要摆多多pattern. We actually planned to buy engagement ring but because of her attitude, we decided to leave and we won’t go back again. 好好管管你的员工吧Poh Kong

So rude. condescending tone and talking without looking at us as if we are so poor that cant even afford the merchandise. Cutting us off while we were talking and sounds like she is in a hurry to brush us off. Youre just a sales person and why are you acting as if you own the shop and have only a selection of customers? Never buying from Poh Kong ever.

Bad service. Didnt bother to assist even though the product was bought from Poh Kong. Keep saying accessories then why sell under Poh Kong if dont honour the product quality.
