Wanted to see a bracelet. The sales person ignore me and didnt even show me the bracelet and just tell 3g. So rude.
The seller was very rude to me while I was trying to buy a bracelet, as if he judged me for not being able to afford. Pleae go to other store rather than poh kong.
I had a recent visit to this branch and was served by Ivy. She is a very friendly staff and worked very well with me, especially when I told her I have a budget. She helped me finding my gift and we had a nice chat along the way. I came in wanting to spend within my limit but end up buying more! That’s how you treat your potential buyer. If people feel welcomed, people would not mind spending more. Good lessons for all sales assistant in other shops too. Thanks Ivy!
Came in for a little survey, a bracelet that i need. Designs were great n met my taste & wanted to take a pic to show to my mom but wasn't allowed. An excuse of “ its a new design” by the sales person. Then whats the problem if its a new design? I could have promoted them. Then noticed another sales person gave a long stare at us as if we didn’t have the money. What a way to make a potential & profitable customer happy huh? Would appreciate a nicer service.
