Bad experience with the staff. I want to buy necklace but the staff very not friendly and arrogant. The staff has no hair and bald. I dont know what his name but he’s not friendly at all. If you have choices, better you go to SK jewellery in front of the shop. I endup spend money at SK because their customer service is so good and assisting.
I just visited Poh Kong to ask about stock for a round gold charm for my bracelet, and the service was honestly very disappointing. When I asked the sales auntie if they had the charm in stock, she kept saying “no stock, no stock.” So I asked again to confirm, and suddenly she said they do have it, but “very big, very big,” about double the size of what I’m wearing.
