Poor communication Rental office has a sign on the door that says she will not answer if you knock . Will only take appointments. I was a new renter and was turned off from the start
Very poor living the apartments look amazing but lack in quality, molding separating floor by dishwasher lifting up. The sound quality is terrible everyone can hear everything causing tenants to have problems. Attempts to be kid friendly if the kids are completely quiet and dont make any noise whatsoever otherwise police get called and you get threatened with eviction. Not fair to young families I do not recommend this property for anyone.
Great design! Apartments are available in 1, 2, 3 bedroom size. EACH apartment has 2 storage units. A patio comes with lower unit and a balcony and private interior stairwell with upper unit. The design gives the feeling of one's own space. Has great curb appeal and is well maintained.
I think it is a wonderful place to live it's. Are wonderful place coummuntey to live in here.
