Currently living here and would not recommend to anyone. They harass me over my sister's service animal whenever she visits and accuse me of breaking my lease when she comes by. Yet they can't even uphold their parking and towing rules. I have people who park in my designated spot every week and nothing is ever done about it. They say they'll tow but they never do so people just do whatever they want . I lived there for 3 years and the townhouses are very nice and the maintenance man works very hard to get what you need done. Management is very nice and will work with you with your needs. I would recommend living there!
2 years later: NOT RECOMMEND, No communication between maintenance, landlords and tenants, multiple slips in wintery iced sidewalks. Astronomical bills, electric over $120 any month, water and garbage another $100+, plus all other bills. Never got 1 month rent security deposit back. Asking for more money than security deposit 4 months after leaving the place. TOTAL RIP OFF 1 year later: Lawn maintenance isn't getting done often. House maintenance takes very long to come if ever after multiple requests. So far so good. Prices... read more
