We placed our order at 9:00 AM but ended up waiting much longer than expected. By 9:20, we still hadn’t received our coffee, so we checked in with the staff. It turns out they had forgotten about our order. While they did thank us for letting them know, there was no real apology or offer to make up for the delay, which felt a little disappointing. We also ordered the Nutella croissant, which sounded delicious, but it came out untoasted—not quite what we were expecting because the Poets South does there's in that way. Hoping ... read more

This has to be the best açaí bowl in all of TN. Staff was really great!
