We've used Poes heating and air on 2 of our homes. One to replace an old unit and recently to work on a basement unit. They made it is to work with and were very fair with pricing. No surprise which is what our family needed. Hope this helps others.
Poe's Heating & AC Very, very bad experience. Complained to BBB and the case still unresolved. They've overcharge, accuse customers and generally suck. Don't use them, they've got outstanding cases with BBB. An expensive lesson of whom not to use, I've already told my neighbors and friends;Poe's Heating & AC is the worst. Still would love to speak to the owner maybe he/she never knew, but then again made zero effort to know. Stay Away!
