Luke from Poe's Handyman Services provided me with an estimate of the work to be done, he came to my house and completed the list of items that I had requested, with the exception of my window springs which he has to order. He was pleasant, professional and gets the job done! He also has fair pricing. Would definitely recommend based on the work he performed for me.
I made an appointment for the installation of a window air conditioner. I spoke with Luke who said he would be out the next day to install. Luke shows up and I have everything ready. I have moved everything to make way and my house and bedroom are in disarray. Luke then tells me he can't do it because he just does not have time and he will get back with me. Luke is a very detailed and dependable contractor. Was able to repair a section of my subfloor that was getting critically soft. It was an ugly job for him that he stayed with until done, even though it took several trips. Have more projects lined up already that I can look forward to.
Luke did an exceptional job on replacing drywall and trim around a window for us! His communication was amazing and he showed up each time he told us he would. It’s hard these days to find someone who will be reliable and do the job, right! We were so thankful to find Poe’s Handyman Service and will recommend his company to our friends!
