I have had back issues for years after a bad fall. But it became debilitating after my shoulder surgery. I was at my wits end when a friend suggested a chiropractor. Let me just say Dr. Poehlman is giving me back my life again. I am in my 2nd week and although I still have a way to go, the results have been remarkable. I had no idea a chiropractor could make such a difference. He is very kind and knowledgeable.
Correction...typos in previous review. I went to Dr. Poehlman 3x a week for 5 Weeks. He did NOT help me with my sciatica after repeatedly telling him I was still in pain. He tried one correction on my lower back but could NOT adjust it he said due to my flexibility. Nothing else was tried.
I have sciatica. He tried to adjust my lower back, by placing me on my side but could because of my flexibility. After several tries, he stopped trying. He never tried any other way. He would adjust my neck and upper back. There are other ways. I have talked to other people and watched videos. Each time I went in, I told him I was still in pain.
