I can’t say enough positive things about Maggie and this office. When we were first new to this office, the process of becoming a patient was very easy. After a short intake phone call I got emails with everything I needed to go, got portal access and they called and set us up with our appts with Maggie, even setting up a handful of appts in the future so we had a time and day that worked best for us. I’m devastated with the treatment I received from this facility. I was waiting for this appointment for almost 5 months, they had all of my information including my medical background and my insurance, I even had a 40min phone evaluation more then a month before my appointment. They knew I was on disability and my funds were limited, they knew I’d been dismissed and gaslit by Dr in my past and even moving forward with this was a lot for me, and they had copies of my ID and insurance cards. Went here when I was 17, and their services did more harm than good. I would come in upset and sad, and I would leave 10 times more distraught after the fact. I don't remember my therapist's name. But for the greater good of humanity, I hope he is no longer practicing.
