Jerry did a great job, he explained everything he was doing and unplugged the drain very quickly.He made some suggestions that would help to keep the drains from plugging up in the future. I would recommend this company to anyone needing sewer servicing and you should request Jerry to do the work
The technician came to our house, had no work order, had no booties to protect our floor from his work boots, my wife asked his name, he begrudgingly gave her his first name and last initial, then she went on her walk... Home insurance assigned this company to fix my leak under the sink in the kitchen. Took forever to schedule an appointment. All calls go to voicemail. After a week of waiting a guy finally came , said , we need to change the faucet to stop the leak. I bought the faucet from them, they installed it, but it didn’t stop the leak . There was leaking from the upper side of my old faucet and Joey G was super professional and efficient to replace it with a new one. He’s a nice guy to communicate with. And the calling process was also smooth!
Poe Plumbing came to service a clogged drain, (called in the am and they came out that afternoon). Joey G fixed my issue in a short period of time and left the area super clean. Really appreciate his help and being so respectful and efficient. Also very affordable. Would highly recommend Joey G at Poe Plumbing .
