Scott is a lifesaver. Had a plumbing emergency Christmas Eve. Needed a cartridge for my shower but all the hardware stores were closed. I called Scott around 830pm and not only did he answer but he spent 20-30 mins looking through his shop and trucks for the part. He found the part and sold it to me at cost. Would have had to leave my water off for two days if it weren’t for him. If I ever have any plumbing issues, Poe’s will absolutely be my first call.
Aaron was extremely nice and did a wonderful job. Happy to have found my new go to plumber! Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.
POE’s plumbing was on time, professional and creative in the performance of their work. They did a fantastic job of connecting a water heater expansion tank, fixing the vent damper on the gas water heater, and not least of all, figuring out how to disconnect the vent tubing from the fan assembly. What they did was genius! I am very pleased that I can now remove the fan assembly without disturbing the wall outlet vent. I will use this plumber again without any hesitancy.
My landlord uses the plumbing company. My recent experiences with them are dissatisfying. The receptionist was rude and didn’t apologize for her own errors. The plumber didn’t show up as scheduled, and I followed up with the receptionist, she messed up the time and said a wrong time. I corrected her, but she responded with a condescending tone. She didn’t listen but just talked over. One of the plumbers didn’t fix the issue. Consequently, another appt had to be scheduled. Not sure if they would double bill the landlord.
Home insurance assigned this company to fix my leak under the sink in the kitchen. Took forever to schedule an appointment. All calls go to voicemail. After a week of waiting a guy finally came , said , we need to change the faucet to stop the leak. I bought the faucet from them, they installed it, but it didn’t stop the leak . When I contacted Po’s plumbing again and told that the leak remains , they made bunch of promises to call me back , but never did , instead they are now ignoring my messages, and submitted the report... read more
