ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Anyone with half a brain or any logic can CLEARLY see the conflict of interest here! For those of us who take the time to actually research what is going on; this is absurdly OBVIOUS! These guys are crooks who are in bed with OTA and ODOT, and tbh probably the senators/governor too. Serious conflict of interest considering half of y'all use to work for either organization and now get your pockets lined with their non-voted on billion dollar schemes.
