Fast, honest service. Feels like calling a friend when you need help. I won’t go anywhere else for AC and heat.
Garrett came out and replaced the fan motor on my outside unit he was done in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the service I recieved. I will continue to use them from now on.
Had the fan on the outside unit going bad and with the freezing temperatures coming I needed it fixed same day. I am very happy with the service and fast same day replacement even had a new fan with them and was fixed in an hour, I’ll definitely be using them from here on out. When my AC unit started making strange noises, I did some research and called Poe Air. Garrett arrived same-day (super lucky there), explained what the issue was and did not attempt to sell me a new system or any unnecessary add-ons.
