Great experience with Poe Air. Of course, both of our A/C units decided to quit working on a day when it was over 100 degrees outside—and while we were right in the middle of having our roof replaced. EDIT: 7/11/26 - Poe Air once again went above and beyond with their service. If you’re in the area call them before anyone else! I would highly recommend Poe Air for all your air conditioning needs. Everybody was extremely easy to work with and they resolved my issues quickly for great price.
Poe air came out to look at our issues same day. They quickly diagnosed that it was an electrical issue and recommended an electrician. They were very thoughtful and someone we would want to do business with long term.
Fast, honest service. Feels like calling a friend when you need help. I won’t go anywhere else for AC and heat.
