When my AC unit started making strange noises, I did some research and called Poe Air. Garrett arrived same-day (super lucky there), explained what the issue was and did not attempt to sell me a new system or any unnecessary add-ons. He had all the parts needed on his truck and did not find any additional problems with the unit. Thanks Poe Air for the quick, professional, fairly priced and honest service!

Gary came out today, and WOW. Glad I called Poe Air, instead of the other local services. He took the time to diagnose our issues, and found out it was just the digital thermostat. We were able to match a TRANE thermostat to our system, and low and be-hold, it worked great! Saved us so much money. I am a customer for life.
Poe air came out to fix my thermostat issue today and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. The tech was professional and efficient and even took the time to explain to me what went wrong and how to fix this particular issue myself in the future if I ever need it again. They also arrived less than an hour after I contacted them for service.. Great prices as well. Very pleased. Highly recommend!
