Poe air came out to fix my thermostat issue today and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. The tech was professional and efficient and even took the time to explain to me what went wrong and how to fix this particular issue myself in the future if I ever need it again. They also arrived less than an hour after I contacted them for service.. Great prices as well. Very pleased. Highly recommend!

Gary, owner of Poe Air had previously come out to check our ac condenser. Our ac wasn't cranking out cold air. A simple check revealed fire ants as the culprit. He resolved it within minutes. Then too, the outside unit was old and talk of a replacement unit got brought up, so I gave him a green light to do so. Best decision yet. He and his crew came out, and did not leave til the install job was thorough and complete, even cleaning out the blower and replacing a capacitor to ensure proper operation of our hvac system.
