Absolutely so rude!!! I called to make an enquiry with regard to my clients AFO’s for foot-drop on both feet. The person that answered the phone was incredibly rude and all I can say is, thank goodness I do-not need to deal with this company. Now I understand why I was referred to an orthotics company from NSW. Such a pity considering Podscan is simply around the corner from my client in Carrum Downs.
