First opportunity using PODS proved exceptional. Each appointment was validated by phone and email with follow ups by the drivers. Drop and pickup in Lynchburg VA went off without a hitch. Delivery today by Carmen in Irmo SC was extremely professional and accurate. Thank you PODS! Based on my experience 5 years ago, I called PODS again while renovating our home. All the drivers were very nice, but the one I recall the most is Crews. Crews was not only nice, but very professional and personable. Our delivery location was unique in location and access. Crews listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. He then made all of that look easy. PODs is very fortunate to have him on their team. BillyC - Blythewood, SC

There is a tree to the right of our driveway that I thought might be an issue, and it was. Alo worked with me to figure out how to solve the problem of where to place the POD, and she was very friendly & as accommodating as was possible for our delivery.
