YOU cannot have access to a manager, the drivers are pawns for the manager and the manager takes no responsibility. The only reason there is a star is that is the only way you can post. NO STARS
I was not told in advance that I needed a permit to have my pods delivered. I was informed 7am EST by the driver day if delivery that I could not get my delivery with no permit for street parking. My application for the delivery clearly said street parking which i scheduled days in advanced. Why did pods not see this to tell me i needed a permit. I had also hired movers and had to pay extra to change the date. I was told by a supervisor if I pay $200 per pod ($400), I could have the delivery the next day and have the pods pi... read more
Save yourself the time, money and headache, and order yourself a U-Haul Container instead.
I don’t typically write reviews about anything because it’s not worth the time, but I have to warn anyone even considering using Pods. DON’T DO IT! This experience was the absolute worst. I take no issue with the drivers, and feel bad for them as it feels they are often understaffed. They didn’t pick up my Pod on time while closing on a house. They told me it was issues with the truck, and then issues with having enough drivers. They said I would have to wait 5 days as that was their only available pick up in the area. I was... read more
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Can't leave a review as "0 stars" otherwise Pods would be taking that blank to the bank. Booked a pod container in February to relocate my home furniture prior to a major renovation. Pods sent me TEN emails/texts/calls prior to delivery confirming delivery between 4-7pm on Friday evening. Pod did not show up and no one called. The ol' no-call, no-show.
