This is absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It’s not so much the actual location near you. It’s their customer service that you have to deal with for pick up & delivery. Any issues you have customer service is absolutely horrible.

Update: PODS will respond on here so that it looks like they’re helping people, but they’re really not. They’re just wasting your time. It really makes no sense. I wish I can give zero stars. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with PODS. When I first stored my belongings, everything was carefully packed, organized, and secure. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with PODS. When I first stored my belongings, everything was carefully packed, organized, and secure. However, upon accessing my container, I discovered that 90% of my items were damaged — furniture shifted and broken, heavy items on top of fragile ones, and expensive personal belongings completely destroyed.
