Update: PODS will respond on here so that it looks like they’re helping people, but they’re really not. They’re just wasting your time. It really makes no sense. I wish I can give zero stars. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with PODS. When I first stored my belongings, everything was carefully packed, organized, and secure. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with PODS. When I first stored my belongings, everything was carefully packed, organized, and secure. However, upon accessing my container, I discovered that 90% of my items were damaged — furniture shifted and broken, heavy items on top of fragile ones, and expensive personal belongings completely destroyed. Pods never came to pick up our empty pod after shifting our pickup time without informing us. Additionally, I called customer service 5 times throughout the night to try and find out where our driver was to be told every time “he’ll be there in 15 minutes.” Because of our property we have to be here when the pod is picked up. Very frustrated and nothing can be done because you sign your rights away in their contract. We were told our driver’s name was Nelson Vasquez.
