Awful experience. Driver never showed up, never called, no email, nothing. Get on chat and I am told next available date is the day I’m supposed to leave for my move and there’s 0 ability to do anything else. Unacceptable experience. Avoid this Scam of a company at all costs Update: Had to call and pester them for any update after they no showed. This is absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It’s not so much the actual location near you. It’s their customer service that you have to deal with for pick up & delivery. Any issues you have customer service is absolutely horrible. Four months later and I’m still dealing with this company they overcharged me. I’ve spent numerous hours on the phone trying to clear it up. They charged me for an extra month. I called on 20 November. Their email said they would pick it up by the 24th.
