Great drivers, poor communication from the main headquarters branch/location. Was told it would be dropped off on one day only to have it delayed without notification and no reimbursement. Beware of that! They did nothing to compensate me as well...

The driver John was amazing went above and beyond. No issues with his timing and communication. I did however experience frustration and delay in the process which had nothing to do with John.

These guys were a nightmare for delivery and charges. Booking, drop off and storage were all fine. We moved across the country and needed to store all our stuff for a few months while we acquired a new residence. I called PODS about delivering to our new address, and it gets booked. Then I get notices to fill out a bunch of waivers on the website (which is a joke), and I did…sometimes multiple times for the same form. Ordering the pods online was super smooth and very easy everything was straightforward. The driver who dropped off the pod his name is John G., He was very nice he called ahead and gave me a ETA of when he would arrive at my home and he was on time. He installed confidence in me that he could put the pod exactly where I wanted it and he did just that. John G was excellent with dropping off the pod and is truly a master at his craft. I hope he is my return date pick up driver. I was very impressed and satisfied with John G.
