We had one pod for 9 months of off site storage and another for 3 months of onsite storage in our driveway. The one off site we paid insurance on since it had a $1k rug and $8,500 lovesac couch along with other things that would be costly to replace. Mice moved into our pod and made a home out couch, chewed up many fabric and paper belongings. Droppings are in almost every box, stains on clothes.
