We have received and packed 2 PODS already. We have had great service. John Dawson did both of our pickups and he was so great to work with. Very professional. What I do wish the could work on is there call center staff. It has been very hard to understand some of them when I have called. If you call after hours the call center is out of country workers. Call only during east coast hours if you need to fully understand the services.
I am not satisfied with pods service. Initially when I was placing the order for different state,AZ with customer representative, I was told once I have new/correct address i can call pods back to receive pods container. But when I called after I got the new rental address in AZ, customer service said the container is still in origin site, oregon so container started departing after couple of days of my call and I received the container one week later.
