This was an excellent experience right from the start, Eric Merchant was a pleasure to work with and all the drivers from delivery to pick-up to re-delivery and finally removal of pod once it was unloaded. Will use these guys in the future
Used the 8ft POD to move across country but decided to move into the local area after 2 years. They kept it in storage for me and I received it today with no problem
3/4 pick-up/delivery we're fantastic. Pick up of filled POD was almost 3 weeks late, terrible comms to resolve ( I had no input). So late, I no longer owned the property POD was sitting. Other 3 pickups went smooth, very professional. Wait times to speak, chat and/or text was terrible after accepting quote. Good value, if it were timely.
