Ordered a pod for delivery. Was promised it would be delivered at noon. Almost 5 hours later, still no pod and the international customer service reps have been saying delivery will happen within the next hour until recently when they can no longer contact anyone at the warehouse. It is ridiculous that nobody local has been in touch to verify ETA after multiple inquiries. This is incredibly frustrating to get this much runaround.

they required payment upfront and text me 2 times for the dropoff time and day. Never showed. took off of work and lost pay and no one knows anything at the POD customer service number. waited almost an hour on the phone while they said they were researching and then told me it was not scheduled!!!!!

Our driver was spectacular. It's people like that that create repeat customers, albeit somewhere on the expensive side. He buffers it pretty good.

Needed storage space to empty out my garage to paint and epoxy the floors. Phil my driver showed up on time and delivered the pod perfectly! Nice job
