We will not use PODs for our moving and storage needs in the future. First hiccup, which was more of an annoyance/inconvenience, was that on 3 occasions someone reached out and asked how we would like our container placed upon delivery. Each time our response was for the door to open towards our garage. When the POD was delivered it was placed with the door opening towards the street. Annoying, but not a deal breaker. I had Noel as the delivery driver of my Storage pod. Noel provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing—he skillfully positioned the truck, precisely placed the POD where I wanted it, and operated the equipment with confidence and precision. The gentleman who came by with the POD was early which I like and was very helpful. The service rep was knowledgeable, friendly, and a joy to talk to
An armoire we stored in the Pod sustained water damage, and PODS refused to pay for it. Also they charge you for the full month even if you have it one day out of that month. Never again.
Great place. Highly recommend using. Super easy very reasonable price and great customer service. Angel Soto specifically was of great help. I encourage all of you guys to use pods it makes everything easier.
