The process from booking to the actual pod drop off was a breeze. Nick Traylor helped with the drop off. He was extremely prompt, friendly and pleasant to work with.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I would've been better off packing a truck and driving down. This organization is incompetent and has no control over the drivers and dispatching. They make schedule conflicts on purpose to push your storage over the one-month mark. Never again will I use PODS or recommend this service to anyone.
This is just day one of our move. Our space in Chicago met the measurement requirements, but it was tighter than anticipated. Noel, the driver, looked and sounded worried, but he utilized his problem solving skills and got the 16 x 8 POD on our parking pad. We definitely appreciated his effort. Thank you.

I had two incredible PODS drivers. Both were magicians and surgeons when it came to delivery placement and pickup.
