Everything went totally smooth at pickup and dropoff across states. our driver Jasko was great and had no issues at all.
Angel was just that.. an angel! He made my stressful move so much better because of his good energy, care, and thoughtfulness. He even spent some time giving me restaurant tips around the city, which I really appreciate. Logistically and personally, he was a joy to work with.
We had. A city delivery and Rich was the driver of the truck. He was patient and helpful in recommending the best way to pack the pod in the little time we had. I don't know what we would do without him. I do wish that pod had given us a better heads-up as to when the driver would be arriving as this caused some confusion with start time making us rush to complete the move within the time frame provided.
