Got a quote from Pods to deliver and store a container for two months while we go through closing on a house and showing ours. It was a great deal from what we saw, 16' container for a total of $549.70 with drop off/pickup, two months storage, then delivery at our new house. After confirming it online and putting our card on file they sent us a breakdown that said it was now going to be $810.42!? Like if that's your price that's fine but you can't raise your quote by $260 on us. We didn't change anything except say we would ... read more
Just moved using Pods. And I’ll tell you I don’t think I’ll move another way again. Also huge shout out to Chris and Tyler. Outstanding customer service. Placed our pods perfectly and we’re so NICE. I feel like you don’t see that a lot! So I’m making a point to right now. Thank you Chris and Tyler for actually giving a damn about your job. I used this company a few years back and they screw you out of money by not delivering your stuff on time and charging you extra for the extra storage time it takes to finely get your stuff. I have a friend now going through the same thing. He got quoted a price and he said ok and 2 months later he has not gotten his belongings he shipped though this pods company.
