The purpose of my family using a POD was to pack for a local move at our own pace. It allowed us to come home after work and start putting items in the pod (furniture, boxes, etc.) that was going to our new location. I found the whole process to be quite simple. Lynette did a quick and professional job. Great driver!
My pods delivery was prompt and I was kept informed by both the agent I worked with and the driver. My driver, Lynette, called an hour before arriving so I knew when to expect her. She was friendly and helpful, making sure I knew everything I needed to about my pod before she left. The pod itself is holding more than I expected, and so far I am very pleased with everything, from the quality to the customer service.
Lynette was amazing on both the drop off and pick up days. The process was smooth and everything arrived safe and sound.
Lynette was GREAT!!!! Very customer friendly and communication was second none.
