The pod leaked water !! On other POD sites they don’t accept negative feedback.
My PODS were supposed to be delivered today. Now they are calling and letting me know in my area they only deliver on Wednesday. Since today is Thursday so they will deliver next week. This is utterly disgusting and ridiculous. If they have such schedule then why on the first place they scheduled today's delivery? secondly why they didn't let us know earlier. My 89 year old mother used PODS. It shipped from Santa Fe, NM on June 6. Originally we were told it would arrive in MD around June 18 or 19. That date came and we were told it would be delivered on June 22. Today we are told it now will not be delivered until July 7. I went by the facility last week and they told me her container was there!! She is living out of her suitcase. Are there no employees to do deliveries??? Adrian Chua and Jasmine Dupont are excellent PODS associates. Adrian was able to set the pod up on our driveway effortlessly even when our deck made it a bit more difficult. Adrian was there for drop off and pick up and had great customer service and seemed to really know what he was doing! Thanks again Adrian and Jasmine!
