Vincent did an awesome job both dropping off our POD and picking it up. The drive is steep and we were worried about the placement. Vincent did such a great job maneuvering and getting it close to the house. He communicated with us, calling and texting. We are very pleased with the whole experience! Thank you!
If I could give a business 0 stars, I would for this PODS location. My elderly father is trying to move across the country, and decided to use PODS. Not on one, but two occasions they failed to deliver on the date their employees confirmed for him. The first time there was 4 separate forms of verification (email, text, and two phone calls) for the delivery date. They failed to deliver and admitted to missing the delivery date. The pod leaked water !! On other POD sites they don’t accept negative feedback.
My PODS were supposed to be delivered today. Now they are calling and letting me know in my area they only deliver on Wednesday. Since today is Thursday so they will deliver next week. This is utterly disgusting and ridiculous. If they have such schedule then why on the first place they scheduled today's delivery? secondly why they didn't let us know earlier.
