I regretfully am giving two stars. I’d love to give more based on previous move with pods where we had no issues. However my recent move only uncovered some issues in a company that provides ease of moving and delivering. If you live in a winter state, it’s extremely likely your delivery will be delayed. Theres no protocol or policy to support the customer in the event they can’t deliver the pod. I received no emails of the hub near us closing until middle of the day. My pod was delivered exactly where I requested it to be placed and within the 3 hour window. The driver was curteous, pleasant, cheerful and explained eactly how to close, lock, and attach the plastic ID taag that he gave me. I have been so impressed with every customer service representative whom I have spoken to on the phone during the process of gathering information nd making a reservation for this move from Michigan to Washington! I highly recommend PODS!

Amazing! Fast, convenient, friendly - couldn't receommend more!
We moved nearly 800 miles with PODS during a very stressful time personally. All of the people who help keep pods moving deserve a shout-out. I am resting easier knowing that I didn't have to worry about "my" belongings. Everything is temporary. Don't cling!. The drivers for PODS in MI are superb and took care of their end of the bargain like true professionals.
