Scheduled two storage containers for drop off in the same day. First one arrived early (yay!) at 7:30am. Second one was a no call, no show. Called customer service toward the end of the delivery window (4pm to 7pm) when it was clear they would miss that window, and were told they're closed for the day and would reschedule the delivery five days later. Excellent service. Excellent driver care & courtesy. Extremely efficient service.
0 stars. Moving cross country. Called to get our Pod picked up earlier, got confirmation. At the end of the day before it was supposed to get picked up WITHOUT warning, they pushed the pick up date even further out.
Will not be using PODS again. They have changed the dates on us multiple times after saying the dates would be hard deadlines. Overpriced for the performance and customer service that I’ve experienced
They gave me a delivery window of 3 hours from 10 to 1. They changed it in the middle of night and said, 7:30 AM. I was home at 7 AM. And nobody showed.They changed my date 27 days away.Now no one will answer the phone. If I could have gave zero I would have don't bother go local
