Will not be using PODS again. They have changed the dates on us multiple times after saying the dates would be hard deadlines. Overpriced for the performance and customer service that I’ve experienced
They gave me a delivery window of 3 hours from 10 to 1. They changed it in the middle of night and said, 7:30 AM. I was home at 7 AM. And nobody showed.They changed my date 27 days away.Now no one will answer the phone. If I could have gave zero I would have don't bother go local
Great experience. Simple as pie! I had to empty my garage for renovation and the POD was perfect for my storage needs. The gentlemen were very nice and ordering drop off and pick up was seemless!
Grand Rapids drivers were great !! Communicated before the initial drop as well as the pick up
Tom H. gave us plenty of notice delivered it on time and it took less than 10 minutes everything was perfectly executed.
