They gave me a delivery window of 3 hours from 10 to 1. They changed it in the middle of night and said, 7:30 AM. I was home at 7 AM. And nobody showed.They changed my date 27 days away.Now no one will answer the phone. If I could have gave zero I would have don't bother go local
Great experience. Simple as pie! I had to empty my garage for renovation and the POD was perfect for my storage needs. The gentlemen were very nice and ordering drop off and pick up was seemless!
Grand Rapids drivers were great !! Communicated before the initial drop as well as the pick up
Tom H. gave us plenty of notice delivered it on time and it took less than 10 minutes everything was perfectly executed.
I had a great experience with PODs. The drivers were great and the customer service techs did a really good job understanding my needs. I would recommend PODs to anyone who has the time to pack and load themselves. I was able to get my PODs in a timely manner and setting up the pick up was easy and fast.
