EDIT: This has been resolved. Corporate explained their new inventory tracking system was experiencing some issues during the migration of data. My Container was delivered. All is well. I scheduled my POD container to be delivered on the 12th of November. It did not arrive. I called that evening to see what the hold up was. I was told they couldn't locate my container as it was not at the original warehouse and that someone would be in contact with me in the next hour. No contact. I reached out again on November 14. I scheduled my POD container to be delivered on the 12th of November. It did not arrive. I called that evening to see what the hold up was. Pods motto! We deliver anywhere For nearly 2 years I was without my home furnishings! I relocated 155 miles away a 2 1/2 hour drive from the Hagerstown facility and was informed not in our service area ! I opened up several cases and spoke with staff from the Philippines ! Pods claimed over $. 5000 American dollars for non delivery! They automatically withdraw funds from my checking account without any authorization! Let’s consider this to be fraud!
