At the end of the day, a rodent got into my POD, and there was feces all over my mattress. PODS's insurance denied my claim based on an exception in the policy. Very unhappy with PODS not making good on this, as I am sure the rodent was not my doing. The POD container was very old and in poor shape. I did not have time in my moving schedule to receive second POD the next day. I will take this up with the BBB.
Quarteize was great! He had to back the POD into our narrow driveway from a really narrow street and made it look easy. I was honestly impressed watching him maneuver it in there. He took his time, was careful with everything, and got the POD exactly where we wanted it. He was also super friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Great experience and great customer service. Thanks, Quarteize!
