Pod was delivered on time and in perfect shape. Most impressively was the driver, Jackleen who delivered it. She did an unbelievably great job navigating a sloped driveway, landscape lighting and sprinkler heads on the edges of the driveway and and landed the pod in exactly the desired location. She was a master and went above and beyond to be careful, professional, and extra competent. We always want Jackleen to deliver and pick up our Pods. Top notch
Great service from PODS, specifically Brian was very prompt and courteous while taking away our pod.
Brian was amazing and incredibly helpful! The POD was on time, communication was stellar as well as super friendly and accommodating . We had a wonderful “Welcome to San Diego” and would recommend to all. Thank you Brian!
Drivers were great
You cant make this up....Pods spelled my email incorrectly after I had repeatedly corrected them. Then kept my pod in storage for almost a month,all while sending emails to the wrong address, not thinking to use the phone number or the name associated with the Bank account of the money they were taking from, as a alternative way of contact. Then told me "Pods doesn't reimburse" and"There's NO corporate number". I'll NEVER recommend PODS
