Dustin was friendly and prompt with his service! From the first call to the in person handshake he was professional and kind. A+ service!
We used (2) PODS to store our household goods while in the process of buying a new home. Our service over the entire process was excellent. Our driver was very skilled! We did not experience any damage to our property. We would highly recommend PODS.
Was easy to use and POD delivered was clean. Dustin who delivered and picked up POD was awesome!
Driver was excellent! Corporate is a complete joke. Needed to make a change from delivery to storage. Can’t do it from the website (there is no app). Had to call 2 times and ultimately reached out through Facebook messenger to get ahold of an “advocate”. They were able to change it but could not give an exact dollar amount of how much it would change. Had 2 containers going to the same location, but the delivery charges were different. Asked for a detailed invoice, only received one the listed every charge as “invoice”, no d... read more
