John S. was fantastic! He delivered and picked up our container and made the whole process incredibly smooth. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure the container was placed exactly where we needed it. You can tell he really cares about doing a great job and helping customers feel comfortable with the process. Everything was on time, communication was clear, and the placement was perfect. Moving can be stressful, but John made this part easy. Highly recommend him and PODS Moving & Storage!
