I moved from Staten Island, NY to a house in PA. My settlement in PA was 30 days after my settlement in NY. PODs provided a place for me to pack and store my things until my new house was available. After 30 days, my POD was delivered to my new house and I moved my things into my house at my convenience. The driver who delivered my POD was friendly and professional. I had a horrible experience using PODs as a storage facility. We rented six pods. The were stored with PODS for over a year. Five pods were delivered unlocked days after which they were scheduled to be delivered. It appeared that our items were taken out of the pods and throw back into the pods. Many items were broken and several items missing. We rate PODS zero, 0 out of 10 for security.
