Mark dropped off the pod at our house right on time and took a few minutes to give me some helpful tips. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. Really appreciated the great service!
Prompt, courteous delivery and pickup. Clean useful container. Calendar would not let me schedule pick up one day earlier, to avoid extra charge. 🤨
Jason from Pods dropped off our storage container right on time, put it exactly where we needed it!! It took us 3 days to pack it with our belongings and with one phone call Mark returned to tuck it away at their warehouse! Mark was the driver who picked up the container, texted with us on the day of pickup and arrived at precisely the time he estimated! Gently picked up the container, secured it and it was gone just that fast - thanks Mark for your prompt and careful service!! 😀
