Chris, the manager and driver was very prompt, professional, courteous, and was very careful with our pod full of our breakables and furniture. He was able to maneuver in the driveway in a tight spot to pick up the pods. We really appreciated his help and knowledge of the business! We highly recommend Pod storage of Caldwell, Idaho! To declutter and move whatever your needs are; this was very convenient and easy to use! Thank you Chris!
Billy M. The driver dropped off our first pod April 10 and delivered our third one on April 16. Somewhere along the lines Customer Service completely dropped the ball and failed to arrange pick up of that full pod this morning before the second pod Driven by Chris and third pods were to arrive which is today the 16th. Billy M. resolved the issue by taking our full container so we weren’t pinned into the driveway.
