Great experience. Ronald was friendly and great service. He listened to what we wanted in terms of placement and was very efficient. Great service.
Robert was our driver to drop off the pod. But his title really should be superior pod installer. He was able to place our pod where it would be most convenient for myself and for my neighbors. He was personable, did an exceptional job maneuvering the pod. It's a great start for us on our move from the north to the south. Thank you, Robert and Pods!!
Chris is the bomb! We were literally driving to Idaho from out of state when I found out that the neighborhood to my new home was closed off for chip ceiling. Chris attempted two separate entrances to the neighborhood and was unable to get in, so he called me to keep me informed and let me know he was not giving up. Update: We’ve investigated ourselves and found no fault on our side. Basically showed no proof and case closed. Never made any, ANY, amend to say— hey, let’s meet in between (or something to that affect) because we value you as a customer and want to see you again. Just a money grabbing company in the skin of any real customer service. No record keeping, only hearsay and apparently they are always right.
Our experience with PODS was incredibly disappointing and stressful. We scheduled a third empty pod to be delivered on June 1 and even received confirmation that it had been delivered. When we called because it never arrived, we were told the delivery had actually been delayed until June 4 and that nothing could be done to get it to us sooner. Unfortunately, we were closing on our home on June 3 and had no choice but to scramble at the last minute, rent a U-Haul, and move our remaining belongings ourselves, resulting in hund... read more
