I was very impressed with how well the staff addressed my issues and concern. They were very understanding and helpful whenever I needed to change dates or had questions. Very professional. Would recommend them. I had the pod delivered in May had it delivered to another province in July and had it picked up in October was a long process for us moving to another province and they were very helpful with all our needs. Thank you!
Everything was great starting from the online platform, was easy to book and didn’t take me down a rabbit hole lol , when the pod was delivered I was lucky to meet the driver Andres he was very pleasant and professional , he put the pod exactly where I asked him to with skill and did it happily . He was at the property for maybe 20-25 minutes with zero damage to the driveway . We moved from Toronto to Calgary using pods…The receiving the pod, filling the pod, and the pick up of the pod was very easy, smooth and efficient. I would wholeheartedly recommend using Pods!!
The PODS experience was great and seamless. Your pick up driver at last location was a magician in getting the 2nd pod out from behind the first and very personable. It made all of the stages of moving easier and gave us ample time to pack and unpack.
I had an excellent experience with the pod delivery and pickup service. What really stood out was that the driver, Andres S. fom the Whitby location, took the time to assist me with removing an in-ground basketball net that was preventing him from properly placing the pod. He was professional, friendly and his willingness to go above and beyond made a potentially stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend this service and would not hesitate to use it again.
