POD was clean. Delivered and picked up as required. Price was very good with sale. Locking latch was very difficult to use. That put a negative spin on the container.
I used PODS for my move when I was in between space. Overall it was a great experience, however not being able to call the location directly was frustrating. I had two containers and my driveway would only fit one at a time. Trying to organize this with the call center was ineffective. I got an email update that the 2nd container was going to be dropped off at 8:45 AM late the night before. I was unable to receive the 2nd container before noon. Super convenient. Loved managing my pickup and drop off dates as needed. All communication was well-timed. Drivers were pleasant and communicated their arrival times accurately. Would recommend & use again!
