I had terrible experience ordering PODs. First, no one from PODs warmed me that I need a street permit for them to drop the PODs in front of my house. On the delivery date the driver won’t come and drop the POD. This mess up my moving schedule. I was extremely stressful because I need to move out from the house in one week. I called U Pack. Although their service was not perfectly smooth, but everything worked out. They are very easy to reach and pickup the damn phone really fast. Zero stars if possible. Complete lack of ethics this company has. Did not deliver my pod to my new address as requested . Instead kept it at their storage facility without any notification. Then claimed I had clicked on the wrong delivery option when I booked & paid online. As if. Now they want close to $2000 to settle storage fees which they request i pay online!? (Online is apparently what got me into this mess in the first place! ). Currently unable to even assess my POD account. Its locked, so im unable to verify my deli... read more
