DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES/UNRELIABLE: Case # 03162291 Scheduled 2 Pods to be delivered July 4th, 2026. Only one showed up. Pods changed the date for the other pod to July 14th with NO notification. Zero Compensation. Received an email from Pods July 5th stating they will deliver my personal property July 14th and refuse to help. They might change the date again but they can't legally after 30 days. UNRELIABLE & UNTRUSTWORTHY. DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES. Case #03162291. Scheduled a July 4th, 2026 delivery. One pod showed up, the driver said the other would be along shortly. IT NEVER SHOWED UP. They Lied. Pods changed the delivery date for 10 days later without informing us. WE PAID IN FULL. Basically we have been told our property will arrive when Pods decides it will.They offered NOTHING in compensation. What happens if they change the date again? THIS COMPANY IS UNTRUSTWORTHY AND HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Great container, but a scheduling nightmare The delivery went smoothly, and the container itself is great with plenty of tie-down points for packing. Unfortunately, the scheduling was awful. I called with a week's notice to schedule my move, but they couldn't accommodate my date, offering a slot four days after my house closed. Customer service couldn't help beyond putting me on a waitlist with no guarantees.
