Nick was the person to help me get access to my storage unit. He went above and beyond for me in a few ways. Can’t say enough nice things about him, would definitely use this service again.
Just moved across Canada and used PODS to ship all our belongings. I compared a few container companies and ultimately chose PODS because of how easy their customer service team made everything—from getting a quote to scheduling drop-off and pick-up. Good customer service. Convenient. However in winter weather, the driver was completely unprepared with salt or sand and the wheels on the trolley are small so he couldn’t get it over the curb - it’s a company wide thing not to have such aids - so we had to reschedule. Fortunately the weather was milder that day.
Overcharged, unhelpful, and dishonest. PODS refused to correct billing errors, forcing me to dispute the charge through my bank, and denied damage their delivery caused to my property. Zero accountability. Do not recommend.
