Good customer service. Convenient. However in winter weather, the driver was completely unprepared with salt or sand and the wheels on the trolley are small so he couldn’t get it over the curb - it’s a company wide thing not to have such aids - so we had to reschedule. Fortunately the weather was milder that day.
Overcharged, unhelpful, and dishonest. PODS refused to correct billing errors, forcing me to dispute the charge through my bank, and denied damage their delivery caused to my property. Zero accountability. Do not recommend.
PODS was amazing in every way. Their team went above and beyond to help us during our renovations, even managing to deliver our container in what felt like an impossible spot after multiple people had illegally parked in the way. They handled it calmly, professionally, and with impressive precision. The entire process was smooth, convenient, and made our renos so much easier than having to move everything into a traditional storage unit. This company is a family/group of problems solvers. They are smart, thoughtful and care to make our days better. From the start to finish they took care of everything I needed in my move.
I had terrible experience ordering PODs. First, no one from PODs warmed me that I need a street permit for them to drop the PODs in front of my house. On the delivery date the driver won’t come and drop the POD. This mess up my moving schedule. I was extremely stressful because I need to move out from the house in one week. I called U Pack. Although their service was not perfectly smooth, but everything worked out. They are very easy to reach and pickup the damn phone really fast.
