I received the pod within 24 hours of ordering and was told they did same week pickups and now the first date is JULY 15!!! Absolutely unacceptable. The POD must be picked up for Thursday this week. I finally got through to someone on the main phone line and she submitted an urgent request but she says we cannot speak with anyone local and she can’t help further. I previously rated 5 star and have amazing service with prior moves — I am hoping someone can step in and assist with this. Order #: 600548284
I'm writing to commend our driver, Phililp B, for his exceptional skills and professionalism. I had marked off the area in my driveway with the precise location and dimensions for where the POD was to be placed. Phillip arrived on time and placed the POD EXACTLY where I had marked off with nothing short of surgical precision. UPDATE: June 3, 2026 - STILL NO RESOLUTION. I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with PODS due to a billing issue caused by a malfunctioning unit. My POD didn’t open on drop‑off on Thursday May 7th. A team came out on Friday May 8th and Saturday May 9th to try to open it, but no luck. An engineer was finally sent on May 11th, which meant I lost the entire weekend I was supposed to have to empty the unit. KANWAR was very helpful. There are cables above my driveway which made it very difficult for him to drop the pod. But we worked together and he did a great job!
