Ray out of the Knoxville location was awesome. I was very concerned that my pod wouldn’t be able to be delivered to my home and I’d have to go unload it somewhere else. I live up a very steep hill with low tree branches and power lines and he still managed to get the pod in my driveway without any issues. For such a difficult scenario, he handled it like he owns the company. I’m very happy and grateful for his knowledge and ability which made my moving in much easier.
